How To Order?
Just browse through the shop and add any items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Bag. Once you have finished shopping simply click on the Checkout link in the top right hand corner of the page, proceed through the Checkout and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete your order.
Do You Ship Outside the UK?
Sorry at this time we only ship to the UK.
Is There A Minimum Order?
We do not operate a minimum order policy, so you can order as little or a much as you like.
How To Make A Payment?
All our transactions are processed via a secure server payment gateway utilising industry standard software and encryption.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal (no account required) including - Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Electron, Solo.
We also accept payment via PayPal Account.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Discounts are available for larger orders, we offer 5% OFF for orders of £50.00 and over (excluding delivery), and 10% OFF for orders of £100.00 and over (excluding delivery). This is automatically deducted from your total order when your basket total is over £50.00 or £100.00 respectively. We also include regular offers in our monthly newsletter so don't forget to sign up !
How Much Is Delivery?
All UK orders totalling £35.00 or more (excluding delivery) automatically qualify for free delivery. This will show at the checkout stage.
All UK orders totalling less than £10.00 (excluding delivery) will be charged just £1.45 for delivery. A small order delivery discount of £1.00 will show at the checkout stage. This is taken off of our standard delivery charge.
All other UK orders will be charged a flat rate fee of £2.45 for delivery.
Orders of higher value may be sent by Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for. If you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will keep the parcel at your local depot for one week or you can ask them to send it to your local post office for a fee. Any undelivered parcels returned to us for any reason will be subject to a restocking fee or a further postage fee.
How Soon Will I Receive My Order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders are sent by second class post, so you should expect to receive your order roughly 2-4 working days after dispatch. Should you be waiting for your order for longer than 5 working days after dispatch (UK) please contact us to see if there has been a delay.
Out of Stock Items?
We make every attempt to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order. In the unlikely event of out of stock items being displayed and sold in error we will contact you prior to dispatch and either offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
Can I Return An Item For A Refund Or Exchange?
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from the Jewellery Shed. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email at info @ jewelleryshed.co.uk within 14 working days of receipt and we will advise you what action is required.
Faulty, Damaged or incorrectly received goods - We may require the item to be returned back to us and will either replace the item, offer a full refund or exchange the item for a suitable alternative up to the same value. We will also bear the costs of postage in respect of a replacement or exchanged item and will refund your return postage costs.
Cancellations / Unsuitable products – If you change your mind about an order or items received are not quite what you wanted, we will still offer a refund providing you have advised us within 14 working days after receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition at your expense. We will refund the order, or the relevant part of it, as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days of the cancellation. If you cancel an order and do not return the goods to us, we may arrange to collect the goods from you at your cost.
General returns information -
We must be advised in writing (email or letter) of your intention to return item(s) within 14 working days of receipt of the item(s), after this period returns will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returned items must be suitably packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
Please use the correct postage for all returns, packages without the correct postage will not be accepted.

At Jewellery Shed we respect your right to privacy. We do not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

All of your financial details are encrypted and dealt with by our secure server or Paypal. We do not see any of your financial details at any time or store any of your financial details.
